Gyarados This Pre- Drawn design is a nod to the first time you encounter a shiny in the Pokemon games! The Lake of RAGE features not only a shiny Gyarados at the center, but a Pidgeotto carrying a Magikarp away. This is a nod to the Pokemon you can find in the tall grass around the area!
